Paperback
If your book arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
E-book
Because the e-book is a digital file delivered immediately, it can't be "returned." But if you can't open the file, didn't receive it, or were charged twice, write to us and we'll fix it or refund you.
